중장년 경력인재 지원사업이란?

직무체험형: 실무 경험으로 새 출발
직무체험형은 중장년층이 새로운 직무를 경험하며 경력을 재설계할 수 있게 돕는 프로그램이에요. 사회서비스 기관(요양기관, 사회복지시설 등), 기업, 공공 영역에서 최대 3개월간 주 15시간 미만 근무하며 실무를 익힐 수 있습니다. 활동비로 월 최대 671,400원(총 201만 4,200원)이 지급되며, 단체 상해보험과 교육 실비(1일 15,000원)도 지원돼요.
- 사회서비스 기관 신청: ~3월 31일
- 기업·공공 영역 신청: 3월 19일 ~ 4월 7일

채용형: 경력으로 안정적인 일자리 확보

Experiential Track: Gain Skills, Redesign Your Career
The experiential track lets mid-career individuals explore new roles while building skills. You’ll work up to 3 months, less than 15 hours a week, in social service institutions (like care facilities), companies, or public sectors. You’ll earn up to 671,400 KRW monthly (total 2,014,200 KRW), plus group accident insurance and training allowances (15,000 KRW/day).

Hiring Track: Secure Stable Jobs with Your Experience
The hiring track uses your past experience to land stable jobs with private companies or public institutions. Who Can Apply?
